Tracy Steiner - USA | VP, Employee & International Communications, Texas Instruments
Tracy Steiner is Vice President of Employee and International Communications for Texas Instruments, based in Dallas, Texas, USA. In this role, Tracy is responsible for managing the company’s global digital marketing and communications teams across the Asia Pacific and Europe, in addition to leading internal communications across the company. She partners closely with the company’s senior-most leaders to articulate company strategy, create programs that engage employees, and is a member of the global sales leadership team. She previously worked in a variety of digital marketing and communications roles at the company, which she joined in 2001.Tracy represents Texas Instruments on the board of VolunteerNow, an organization that connects volunteers with volunteer opportunities. Outside of work, Tracy is married to her husband and has a young daughter, in addition to being an avid community volunteer. She is actively involved in her church as well as her daughter’s school. Tracy is an alumnae of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and has held numerous leadership positions with the Dallas Alumnae Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Texas A&M University and received her Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Texas.

Rita Bargerhuff is a senior marketing executive who materially transforms brands and businesses through increased consumer relevance. Rita possesses extensive experience in marketing strategy, consumer insights, brand development, new product development, direct and digital marketing, retail category management, product innovation, promotional programs and compelling advertising.
As Chief Marketing Officer for Rent-A-Center, Rita brought in new customers seeking ownership of major household items and new technology. She led brand-positioning work, helping to define the organization's purpose. She also led customer and employee experience strategy development, informing key initiatives in pricing, inventory sourcing and distribution, digital commerce, store talent and labor model, and market planning.
Rita also served as Chief Marketing Officer of 7-Eleven. There, she increased sales and brand scores through innovative programs. She integrated marketing through franchisee recruiting, private-label product development and 7-Eleven's international business. Prior to 7-Eleven, Rita served as Brand Manager for Nestle’s Purina, where she led strategic initiatives to grow its pet food sector. Rita began her professional career as a Systems Consultant with Price Waterhouse.
Ms. Bargerhuff has been a featured speaker based on her successful, innovative marketing programs. For her innovative work, she and her team were recognized by The Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age, and others. She earned her BA in Psychology from Long Island University and her MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago.
