Tina Chen is the Managing Director of Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Greater China, based in Shanghai, China. She is responsible for leading digital innovation and end to end digital transformation. Tina has vast experience in Retail, Consumer Goods & Services, financial services and auto sectors across Greater China, Southeast Asia, Australia, and North America. She is also actively involved in the local accelerator and startup community. Tina specializes in digital strategy, venture design, design thinking and change management of major digital transformation programs. Some of her major clientele include leading multi-national clients such as adidas, Stanley Black & Decker, Daimler, McDonald’s and Kohler, as well as local gurus like Ping An and Alibaba.
Tina has recently been nominated as the New Retail & Consumer Goods & Services Industry Lead in Greater China, and also oversees the New Retail practice for Alibaba Business Group within Accenture Globally. Before Accenture, Tina had over 18 years of experience in strategy consulting (Boston Consulting Group), design and innovation (IDEO), and in-house digital transformation (Commonwealth Bank of Australia). Tina also co-founded a startup specializing in artificial intelligence and K-12 online education in the capacity of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Tina graduated with honors from Duke University with a master’s degree and has a Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai International Studies University. In her spare time, Tina loves to spend as much time as possible with her three boys.
