Samantha Weeks - USA | 14 Flying Training Wing Commander, USAF
Colonel Samantha Weeks is the Commander of the 14th Flying Training Wing (FTW) at Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi, USA. The 14th FTW conducts specialized undergraduate pilot training for the U.S. Air Force and allied officers, as well as tactical training for Afghan and Lebanese pilots and aircraft maintainers in the A-29 Super Tucano at Moody Air Force Base in Georgia, USA. The wing is composed of 244 aircrafts flying more than 55,000 sorties and 77,000 hours per year while training over 400 pilots and combat system operators annually. Samantha manages an operations and maintenance budget of $115 million with capital assets exceeding $2.3 billion.
Samantha received her commission from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1997. After graduating from specialized undergraduate pilot training, she flew the F-15C, where she supported Operations Northern and Southern Watch. She was assigned as an Air Force Fellow to the Office of the Deputy Secretary of Defense, Washington D.C., and was chosen for a Lorenz Fellowship, where she was awarded her doctorate in Military Strategy, focusing on leadership development. She was also the first female solo demonstration pilot on the U.S. Air Force Aerial Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds. Prior to this assignment, she was the Commander, 57th Adversary Tactics Group, for Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, USA. Samantha is a command pilot with more than 2,200 flying hours, including 105 combat hours in support of Operations Northern Watch and Southern Watch, and has flown in support of Operation Noble Eagle.

Jill Castilla leads Citizens Bank of Edmond as its President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as Chairwoman of its bank holding company. She has transformed the struggling small institution into the most innovative community bank in the nation. She is the visionary behind "Heard on Hurd," a monthly community-building event that draws over 25,000 to a bank celebration. She recently filed for her first patent: bank technology for remote cash processing. She also serves as Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army.
Prior to her career in community banking, Jill served in management roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and was an enlisted member of the U.S. Army and Oklahoma Army National Guard.
Jill serves on the boards of the American Bankers Association, Peppers Ranch, Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma, MetaFund CDFI, and both the Oklahoma City and Edmond Chambers of Commerce. She is a frequent keynote speaker on leadership, entrepreneurship, banking and technology. She currently serves as Dean for Bankers at the SW Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
Jill is a six-time recipient of American Banker’s “Most Powerful Women in Banking – Women to Watch,” and her Citizens team is a two-time recipient of the “Top Team in Banking.” Jill holds a master's degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor's degree in finance from Hawaii Pacific University, where she was honored as one of their first distinguished alumni.
