Romina Fernandez is the CEO of Danone Dairy Business based in Argentina. Danone Dairy Business is a subsidiary of 6,500 employees and 400M USD revenues from Groupe Danone. In this role, she is responsible for running the Company, defining its vision, mission, strategies, and implementing the plan to make the business financially successful while fulfilling its social and environmental purpose. Before her current role, she was the CEO of Danone Advanced Medical Nutrition, the pharmaceutical division of Danone Groupe. With more than 23 years of corporate experience, her career started in other renowned companies such as Kellogg, Coca Cola, and KPMG. Now she is acknowledged for her combination of strategic vision and execution, which proved to drive revenue and profitability. She is strongly motivated by building organizations with purpose, helping to solve health, social or environmental issues.
Romina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE). She is married with two teenage children, whom she enjoys discovering new cities around the world during her vacations.
