Paige Gerelick - USA | Director of Finance, BAE Systems
Paige Gerelick is the Finance Director for the Combat Vehicles Business Segment at BAE Systems, based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. She has over 20 years of financial and business experience leading organizations through the ups and downs of the U.S. defense industry. In her current role, Paige is responsible for driving decisions as a strategic partner and is accountable for business strategy, operations and financial results to achieve objectives within a dynamic environment focused on highly technical programs across multiple locations.
Prior to this role, Paige had similar responsibilities within smaller business segments, integrating and collaborating across organizational boundaries, to provide actionable information to stakeholders. Her commitment to the broader team and bias toward action created opportunities to lead the organization through a successful legal consolidation and system and process integration, as well as a six-month role as acting General Manager for a segment of the business going through due diligence for a potential divestiture. Paige leads and mentors a team of finance managers, partnering with multi-functional integrated program teams to successfully execute within the project scope and cost baseline while actively mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities. She also strategically guides the broader finance teams of financial planning, pricing, compliance, program and operations finance, and accounting through complex business situations, providing oversight and maintaining consistency of practice.
Paige has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
