Nina Lauldi - USA | VP, Business Evolution, Cisco Systems
Nina Lualdi is the Vice President of Business Evolution and Cross-Company Integration for Cisco, based in Northern California, USA. After successfully orchestrating the most relevant technology launch Cisco has taken to market in 10 years, Nina is now responsible for transforming how the company conceptualizes, develops, takes to market and manages offers to shorten the bridge between innovation and customer value realization. Prior to this, she was the Senior Director of Strategic Innovation and an advisor to startup companies in Silicon Valley and Latin America. She enabled a $300 million-plus funnel of opportunities in Latin America through customer, partner and startup co-innovation. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, and has worked throughout the United States, Europe and Latin America. She is the recipient of the 2016 HITEC Top 50 award, presented to the most influential leaders in Latin America and Spain’s IT industry, and the 2018 Silicon Valley Women of Influence award.
With over two decades of experience managing complex, multicultural and multi-geographic transformation initiatives on a global scale, Nina has led some of the most critical strategic initiatives within Cisco, including developing Brazil’s transformational strategy, resulting in a $500 million-plus investment; leading strategy and planning for a technical services business making it a $6 billion P&L line of business; and developing a model and services product portfolio to support the company’s move into software, resulting in a 23-percent increase in software services after seven months.
Nina has delivered keynote presentations at HSM Expo Management, UrbanTec Brasil, EMBARQ Smart Cities Global Conference, Working Mother Media Global Conference and others. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidad Central de Venezuela and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. She has also received an Advanced Program Management Certificate from Stanford University.
Susana Malcorra - IWF Argentina | Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Government of Argentina
Susana Malcorra was the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship for the Argentina Republic until July 2017. After stepping down, she became Minister Advisor to the President until December 2017, presiding over the 11th WTO Ministerial Conference in Buenos Aires. She has 25 years’ professional experience in the private sector with IBM and Telecom Argentina, where she became CEO.
Susana left Telecom in 2002 after deciding to seek opportunities with nonprofit organizations. She joined the United Nations World Food Programme in 2004. In May 2008, the UN Secretary General appointed her Under-Secretary General of the recently created Department of Field Support, where she was charged with providing logistics, communications, personnel and financial support services to global UN Peacekeeping Operations. In April 2012, she became Chief of Staff to Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. She has invaluable experience in the diplomatic field, including handling complex negotiations in conflict situations to General Assembly approval of strategic, financial and budgetary matters.
Susana coordinated the missions to eliminate Syria’s chemical weapons and respond to the Ebola emergency in West Africa. She's dedicated to the issues of multilateralism, democracy, sustainability and international trade. She is a frequent speaker and has written her first book, “Passion for the Bottom Line.”
