Marlene Debel, board member of the Women’s Forum of New York, has been chosen to lead the Retirement & Income Solutions unit of MetLife. Debel currently serves as CFO of the same company, having advanced from her previous role as Executive Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to joining MetLife, Debel served as head of Global Liquidity Risk Management at Bank of America following a 20-year career at Merrill Lynch.
