Michele Holcomb is Executive Vice President for Strategy and Corporate Development with Cardinal Health, Inc., based in Columbus, Ohio, USA. With over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry as a scientist, strategist and global leader of business development and R&D, Michele has broad knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem across pharmaceutical companies, payors, providers, pharmacies and the dynamics among them. She has worked with companies at all stages of pharmaceutical development and with companies in healthcare services. Michele also works with business leaders to develop strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Her team leads the execution and integration of acquisitions, partnerships and divestitures. Michele came to Cardinal Health from Teva Pharmaceuticals, where she held roles in R&D and strategy. Her roles included Chief Operating Officer of Global R&D, Senior Vice President of Strategy, Portfolio, Search and Partnerships, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy.
Prior to Teva, Michele was a Partner in the Global Pharmaceutical Practice at McKinsey & Company, where she spent 15 years. She served six of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies, as well as high-growth biotechs and mid-cap pharmaceutical companies. Michele is a member of the board of naviHealth, a private care transitions company that takes on risk to optimize clinical and financial outcomes. She is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Pharmaceutical Executive, the World Economic Forum Strategy Officers Community, and board member for the Liberty Science Center (New Jersey) and BalletMet of Columbus, where she chairs the long-range planning committee. Michele has lectured on healthcare strategy at Kellogg (Northwestern), Columbia and Fuqua (Duke) business schools. She is trained as a chemist with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Stanford University, a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and experience as a bench chemist at Syntex Pharmaceuticals and Ciba-Geigy.

Donna Fraiche is a senior member of the Healthcare, Public Policy and Global Business teams at Baker Donelson, as well as a consultant. She chaired the firm’s Nominating Committee and Women’s Initiative. She also serves on the boards of three NASDAQ public companies, is a lead independent director and chairs several committees. In 2019, Women Inc. recognized her as one of the “Most Influential Corporate Directors.”
Also in 2019, the Government of Japan conferred the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon upon Honorary Consul Fraiche in recognition of her outstanding contributions to Japan-U.S. relations.
Donna’s other roles include President of the Louisiana Supreme Court Historical Society, Chair of the Board of Woman's Hospital, Secretary of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation and roles on various nonprofit boards. She was the first woman president of the American Health Lawyers Association and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Loyola University. A Past President of the Louisiana Bar Foundation and Distinguished Lawyer of the Year, Baton Rouge Business Report designated her as an “Influential Women in Business.” She’s served as President of the World Trade Center New Orleans and received their Order of the Mark decoration. As a member of the Louisiana Recovery Authority post-Hurricane Katrina charged with post-disaster rebuild, she appeared before certain U.S. congressional committees to address disaster recovery and healthcare policy. She served as Chair of the Louisiana Health Care Commission to develop health reform policy.
