JoAnn Piedmont - USA | SVP, Client Business Partner, Nielsen
JoAnn Pidemont is the Senior Vice President and Global Client Vice President with Nielsen, based in the New York City area. With 30 years of consumer packaged goods experience, JoAnn serves as an industry expert in the areas of global deployment, retailers, Walmart, CPG manufacturers, retail operations and change management. In her current role with Nielsen, she leads the Global Johnson & Johnson business worldwide. Prior to this role, JoAnn led the Global Deployment organization in Operations. She also built and led the “Walmart Centers of Excellence,” which drove insights and retail growth for all manufacturing clients in Bentonville, Arkansas, USA. In this capacity, she developed and chaired a Walmart board made up of 25-plus global consumer packaged good companies focused on driving growth at Walmart. Prior to Nielsen, JoAnn began her career with Johnson & Johnson holding responsibilities with the sales, Walmart and category management teams. In addition to her current responsibilities, JoAnn represents Nielsen as an ambassador within the Network of Executive Women. JoAnn lives on the Jersey Shore with her 13-year-old daughter Grace and Bichon-Poodle Buddy.

Susan Sentell is an accomplished CEO, president and board director with 25 years of Fortune 100, mid-sized and entrepreneurial company experience.
As a president of Sprint Business, an $8-billion operating division of Sprint Corporation, Susan led an extensive business model transformation while delivering over $1 billion in top-line growth and double-digit growth in operating profits. As CEO of a privately held business services company, she led the strategic and operational evolution of the company to an enterprise software provider while improving operating profits in the legacy business. She has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Gladson, a business services company. In 2006, she served as director.
Additionally, Susan has served on corporate boards for organizations with revenues ranging from $18 million to $1 billion in private, family-owned and national nonprofit sectors.
