Deborah Shannon Trudeau is Senior Vice President of International Business and Licensing at Trudeau Corporation, a private company specializing in the design, development, and distribution of its own kitchenware products around the world. Deborah has over 30 years’ experience in project management, strategy, sales, marketing, brand positioning, and international business relations. She played a pivotal role in the strategic transformation of the company into a vertically integrated industry leader. She established strategic partnerships and licensing collaborations and implemented a business model that expanded the profile and market share growth of Trudeau Corp. in over 60 countries. She is currently Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Royal Canadian Mint and chairs its Governance Committee. Deborah is an engaged community leader and serves on the Board of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, on the Board of Governors of the St-Mary’s Hospital, and is Past Vice Chair of the Board of the Community Foundation of Greater Montreal. In 2012, she was recognized as a Canadian Diversity Champion by Women of Influence, and in 2019 was named a Top Women of Influence by the Women’s Executive Network. Deborah is past president of the International Women’s Forum.
