Caitlin Leverenz Smith is an Olympic Swimmer who represented Team USA at the 2012 London Games. As a member of the USA Swimming National team for over a decade, she won a Bronze medal in the London 2012 Olympic Games and two Gold medals in the 2015 Pan American Games. Originally from Arizona, Caitlin graduated from the University of California-Berkeley with a degree in Public Health. While representing UC-Berkeley in her collegiate career, she won nine individual and relay national titles and led her team to two NCAA National Championship wins. Recognized by her peers as a leader, Caitlin was elected captain of her college team her senior year, as well as five different US national teams. She has now retired from professional swimming and is working at Visa as a Rotational Associate as a part of Visa’s Olympic and Paralympic Business Development Program. She completed her first rotation with Visa’s North America Client Marketing team focused on activating marketing campaigns and initiatives with Visa’s US merchants. Her second rotation was in a Sales role working with Visa’s largest financial institution clients in the US. Her current and third rotation is a Strategy role for Visa’s Global Risk organization, helping commercialize the value of Risk that Visa brings to both their clients and the overall ecosystem. Caitlin currently lives with her husband, Collin, and their 140lb Mastiff, Chennon, in the San Francisco East Bay.

Valeria Strappa is the Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer of Wholesale Payments for JPMorgan Chase & Co, where she is responsible for business planning, strategic investments and the control framework. Previously, Valeria was the Client Management and Strategy Head for Institutional Clients Group at Citi Latin America. While at Citi, she served both at regional and global in diverse roles and reported to three of the five regional CEOs as well as the the Global CEO of the Consumer Bank and the Global Head of Productivity leading client relationship management and strategy, consumer channels, reengineering and expense management, business acquisitions, divestitures and integrations. Prior to her time at Citi, Valeria held positions at GE Capital and McKinsey. She started her career at McKinsey in 2001, were she specialized in Marketing, Lean Manufacturing and Strategic sourcing in several industries. In 2004, Valeria joined GE Capital Mexico in charge to develop and launch the consumer finance business in Mexico. In 2006, Valeria was appointed as the Managing Director for the Low Income Mortgage business and then was appointed Corporate Lean 6 sigma Quality leader. Valeria earned her degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the lnstituto Tecnologico de Monterrey and her MBA at Duke University. She was born in Argentina and holds 3 nationalities: Argentinean, Italian and Mexican. Valeria was a professional tennis player for 12 years. She reached the 2nd position in the Junior World Ranking and 147 in the WTA. Nowadays she continues to be active in sports doing lronmans.
