Anna Foli is an elite volleyball player who represented France in numerous international tournaments. Born in Cracow, Poland, Anna grew up outside Paris, France with a family intensely passionate for volleyball. Anna started competing at 11 years old and quickly was recruited to become a member of the French National Team with the Youth group and progressing to the Junior and Senior teams. She competed in 16 international tournaments, played in the University Olympic Games in Bangkok, and was named Team Captain during the 2006 European Championships. In conjunction with her athletic career, Anna was a top student and was recruited by the Ohio State University Women’s Volleyball Team on a full scholarship. She was the first female student-athlete who completed the unique 3-2 MBA program, earning her BSBA and MBA in a joint 5-year curriculum. While competing for OSU, Anna was awarded numerous scholar athlete and “All-Big Ten” awards and the 2010 “Jack Stephenson Pace Setters Award for Outstanding Scholastic Leadership and Athletic Achievements”. Before graduating, Anna received a job offer from Aggreko and ultimately, made the difficult decision to prioritize her professional career. She now lives out her Olympics dreams through her brother Nicolas who competes professionally in Poland. With her PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, Anna has grown in her career at Aggreko as a business transformation leader with a successful history of driving top and bottom line growth. She has managed multimillion-dollar acquisitions, established global business alliances, designed and implemented strategic initiatives, and conducted business analysis to accelerate growth in highly competitive industries. Anna met her husband Mark at Ohio State and they married in 2014. Together, they have traveled to 35 countries across 5 continents and strive to visit all seven wonders of the world.

Rocio Summers is the Founder and principal of RS International Business Consulting, LLC, since 2016. RSIBC is a strategy and financial consulting group focused on international corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Previously, she was CFO of Maxam North America, Inc., based in Salt Lake City, from 2006 to 2016. During her assignment as the CFO of MNA, she implemented improvements in the credit function, reducing working capital in 6 days and improving Cash Flow; managed the foreign currency trading through derivatives; optimized the international tax structure of the North American operations in its transactions between USA, Canada, and Europe; and was a key member of the executive team and a strategy partner of the CEO and the Board, analyzing growth strategy, due diligence and investment opportunities. Before Maxam, she worked as a public accountant in a local firm in Córdoba (Spain) and Madrid (Spain), where she eventually became a partner and was a part-time professor of Financial Audit at the Loyola University of Andalucía. Currently, Rocio serves on the Board of several not-for-profit organizations including SelectHealth and Pilar Pobil’s Legacy Foundation. In November 2016, Rocio completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School; she holds a Master’s Degree in Finance Direction and Control by the Instituto de Empresa (ie) in Madrid. She is a Registered Public Accountant (CPA) in Spain and has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Loyola University of Andalucía (Spain). She is also a NACD governance fellow, having finished the Directors Professionalism Course and additional training to achieve the fellowship.
