Within the Women Athletes Business Network (WABN), mentees are paired with IWF member-leaders for a year-long, high-touch mentorship experience. Mentoring relationships are created based on mentees’ career aspirations and goals, which IWF uses to find matches with senior women leaders from IWF forums around the world. This year’s matches include entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders and business executives from eight countries.
Throughout the year, WABN mentees work with their mentors to make progress on their goals, including: career planning, networking, business development, work-life balance and leadership growth.
