As part of their year-long program, the Fellows receive: Mentoring from IWF members, ongoing leadership training, extensive networking opportunities, the opportunity to attend the IWF World Leadership Conference, a customized week long educational program at the Harvard Business School, and a tailored four-day program at Cambridge University's Judge Business School.
With the guidance of Harvard Business School faculty, the Fellows work collaboratively to solve case studies based on their own professional experiences, as well as receive tailored training in leadership, negotiation skills, and managing across differences.
The Cambridge program, which is led by the Dean of the Judge Business School (www.jbs.cam.ac.uk) and other noted faculty members, focuses on the new global economy, particularly knowledge and performance management across borders.
All in all, the program requires a commitment of 25 days throughout the entire program year, which runs from October through September. Some of the many contemporary topics that are covered during the training include:
